16-year-old arrested after shooting sister’s boyfriend to death in west Houston
HOUSTON – A man is dead after a domestic disturbance escalated into a shooting at an apartment complex on Houston’s west side.
Houston Police say it happened at 15155 Richmond Avenue just after 7:30 p.m.
Police say it started as an argument between a man and a woman who share a child.
At some point, the woman’s brother got involved, and a fight broke out between the woman’s boyfriend and her brother.
The woman’s brother then pulled out a gun and shot the man multiple times before fleeing the scene, according to police.
Police say the suspect in the shooting is 16 years old.
Details surrounding the shooting are limited at this time.
