Three teenagers have been charged in a fatal shooting of a Harris County man in December of 2024, according to the Houston Police Department.
Gino Montes, 19, and Ben Nunez, 17, were charged with capital murder in the death of 20-year-old Angel Santiesteban.

Montes was arrested on unrelated charges in El Paso on July 23 and Nunez was arrested on July 25.
A 16-year-old boy was also charged with capital murder in connection to the shooting and was sent to the Harris County Juvenile Probation authorities.
What happened
On Dec. 7, 2024, Houston police responded to a call at a home, located in the 4400 block of Willow Beach Drive, around 6:45 p.m.
When they were arriving, they found Santiesteban lying next to his vehicle with several gunshot wounds.
Officers provided medical assistance for Santiesteban until Houston Fire Department paramedics took over. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses say they saw Santiesteban meet Montes, Nunez, the juvenile, and a fourth person inside a white pickup truck parked at the Willow Beach Drive residence. A fight broke out and Santiesteban was shot during the scuffle.
Police said Santiesteban got into his black Toyota Camry, drove southbound on Willow Beach and ran into a home before he died.
The suspects reportedly took off in an unknown direction.
An investigation revealed the identities of the suspects.
The motive behind the shooting is still unclear at this time.
