Houston city planners looking for developers to build affordable single-family homes

If you’re interested in building homes that will make a difference, the City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department is looking for your help.

The HCD is accepting applications from qualified for-profit and non-profit home developers to build affordable single-family houses that serve eligible low- to moderate-income (LMI) homebuyers up to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Qualified Developers must demonstrate a capacity to design, construct, market, and sell new single-family homes.

The houses are going to be built on a 12.22-acre lot. located at 10301 Stella Link Road, Houston Texas, 77025.
