Police investigating person hit by train in northwest Houston

HOUSTON – At least one person was hit by a train in northwest Houston, authorities are investigating.

Details are limited, as it’s an active scene, so it’s unclear how everything unfolded, but it happened on Antoine Drive and Tidwell Road around 8 a.m. The condition of the individual hurt has not been disclosed either, as of this writing.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area while law enforcement continues their investigation.
