Had a bad experience with Houston-area funeral home? Weigh in!

HOUSTON – In recent days, KPRC 2 has reported extensively on a southwest Houston funeral home after several bodies were found in disturbing conditions.

Richardson Mortuary has since been ordered to cease operations and that got us thinking about what to look out for when selecting a funeral home and how to best prepare for such a difficult process.

We reached out to Ken Lambert, a funeral home negotiator and family consumer advocate to figure out what you should be looking for or asking when selecting the right place but would also like to hear from you.
