Houston Police are investigating an officer involved shooting near Greens Road & Wayside Dr.

According to Houston Police, a man is accused of shooting at police while they were responding to a domestic disturbance call at Greens Road and Wayforest Drive. Investigators said that the officer returned to fire. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Investigators said that the incident happened around 9 a.m. On Sunday at the Rockridge Station Apartments.

The suspect was detained without injuries, according to Houston Police.
