If you’ve been struggling to send money on Venmo Thursday, you’re not alone.

According to Downdetector.com, reports of issues with the app spiked to over 2,500 just before 11 a.m. After a quiet morning with no problems at 9 a.m., reports started rolling in and kept climbing.

Frustrated users have taken to social media, saying the app is down and not working. Usually, these Venmo users would be able to send or receive money, check their balances, or even split bills.

So far, Venmo hasn’t said what’s causing the outage or when things will be back to normal. If you’ve got payments to make, you might need to find another way—at least for now.
