Harris County holds emergency meeting as federal dollars hang in the balance

HARRIS COUNTY – Harris County leaders are set to address a federal funding freeze that could impact critical services.
Judge Lina Hidalgo , Commissioner Rodney Ellis , and the Harris County Office of Management and Budget will hold a press conference at 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, to discuss the issue.
