FBI releases photo of suspect posing as law enforcement to target Chinese college students

HOUSTON – The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released a photo of a man accused of impersonating law enforcement and targeting Chinese international students at United States universities.
The man photographed has reportedly told students they are wanted for a crime in China and that they must wire money to avoid arrest and extradition, the FBI stated.
He is described as an Asian male with black hair and brown eyes who speaks both English and Mandarin.
