Father charged after 4-year-old found with loaded gun in backpack at school Arrest Crime Handcuffs (KPRC2/Click2Houston.com)
HOUSTON – A father is charged with endangering a child after allegedly sending his 4-year-old special needs daughter to school with a loaded gun in her backpack.
Jonatan Alexander Polio is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Polio is accused of placing the loaded gun inside the child’s backpack, then taking her to school and dropping her off, according to court documents.
The documents reveal the incident happened Thursday at Pasadena ISD’s Jessup Elementary School.
Polio was arrested the same day.
