Man’s body pulled from submerged vehicle in Houston’s White Oak Bayou

HOUSTON – The body of a man was pulled from a submerged vehicle in Houston’s White Oak Bayou Friday.
Houston Police said officers and a dive team responded to the 2200 block of Patterson Street in The Heights.
Authorities say a passerby noticed the car in the water and called it in. It is unknown how long the vehicle had been in the bayou.
Other details on the incident are limited.
