Outage forces closure of Texas DPS drivers license offices

The Texas Department of Public Safety says they are experiencing an outage which has forced them to close drivers license offices across the state for the remainder of the day Monday.

The agency says staff is working with affected customers to reschedule their appointments as quickly as possible.

DPS apologized for any inconvenience the outage caused.
