Harris County officials highlight ACA health insurance options

With the Affordable Care Act’s Jan. 15 deadline approaching, Harris County leaders and healthcare advocates are raising awareness about comprehensive and affordable health insurance options available through HealthCare.gov.

Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, along with healthcare advocates, will host a press conference today to remind residents of the Affordable Care Act open enrollment deadline.

The event aims to raise awareness about ACA marketplace options, which offer comprehensive and affordable health insurance plans.
