AMBER Alert update: Missing Tyler brothers found safe, case under investigation

Two young boys reported missing in Tyler, Texas, have been found safe, according to an update from Tyler police. Legend Sanford and Kannon O’Neal were reported missing early Friday morning from the Evergreen Apartments at 4123 S. Park Drive, prompting an AMBER Alert.
The boys, aged 3 and 4, were last seen at 10 p.m. on Dec. 12. Authorities had been searching for a gray Mazda hatchback believed to be involved in their disappearance.
What happened?
Tyler police responded to the critical missing call around 7:10 a.m. on Dec. 13. Legend was last seen wearing a blue Paw Patrol shirt and black, red, and white pants, while Kannon was wearing a black shirt and black pants with blue and red stripes.
After hours of searching, both children were found safe and unharmed. The circumstances of their disappearance remain under investigation.
