Charges dismissed against Houston tech attorney arrested for child sexual abuse
Houston court - Harris County Criminal Courtroom / Jury duty box (Joy Jones)
A technology attorney and co-founder of Lloyd & Mousilli was charged with Sexual Performance by a Child, according to court documents in November 2024. Those charges were later dropped.
Initially, Feras Mousilli was released on a $50,000 bond following his initial court appearance.
Mousilli regularly advises startups and global tech giants, according to the firm’s website.

On August 13, 2025, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office dismissed the case, “In the interest of justice”.
