Ex-boyfriend arrested after woman found shot to death inside SW Houston liquor store

HOUSTON, Texas – The ex-boyfriend of the woman who was shot multiple times inside a liquor store in southwest Houston Tuesday has been arrested, according to the Houston Police Department.
Michael Dewayne Wilkerson, 39, has since been charged with capital murder and tampering/fabricating physical evidence.
Wilkerson is accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend 29-year-old Darrell Lynn Tikisha King to death.
What happened? On Tuesday, Nov. 12, Houston police responded to a shooting at Ralston Discount Liquor store located at 14370 South Post Oak Road around 12:30 p.m.
Police said King’s coworker found her shot multiple times inside the liquor store.
After checking the surveillance video, officers said they identified King as the suspect and arrested him on Wednesday without incident.
