Brazos County judge arrested on family violence charge

A Brazos County judge has been arrested on a family violence charge, according to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Department.
Gabriel Andre Garcia was booked on August 17 by the Bryan Police Department.

The charge listed is for assault causing bodily injury to a family member, with a bond set at $5,000.
Further details surrounding the arrest are currently pending.
