Man airlifted to hospital after falling inside trench in Waller County

HOUSTON – A man was rescued Friday afternoon after being trapped inside of trench for several hours, according to Waller County Fire Marshal’s Office.

The incident was reported at 2:40 p.m. on 14292 Cochran Rd.

Official said emergency crews were called after the 21-year-old man fell into the trench. He was flown via Life Flight to a hospital.

His conditions are unknown at the time.
