Gunmen flee after shooting man at Metro bus stop in north Houston
Authorities are investigating a shooting at a Metro bus stop on Ella Boulevard where a man was injured in an attempted robbery. (Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4)
A robbery attempt at a north Houston bus stop escalated into a shooting, leaving a man injured as police search for the suspects.
The man was shot during an attempted robbery at a Metro bus stop in the 14500 block of Ella Boulevard, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
It all happened when two men in a van tried to rob the victim and shot him before fleeing the scene.
Emergency Medical Services and the Metro Police Department are on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to gather more details.
