9-year-old hospitalized after being shocked by generator in Houston’s Sunnyside area

HOUSTON – A 9-year-old was taken to a hospital after being shocked in Houston’s Sunnyside area.
It happened around 3:15 p.m. in the 4000 block of Barberry Drive.
Authorities said the child stuck their hand into a generator and received an electric shock.
The child was taken to a hospital. The child’s condition is not known.
