The Woodlands, Texas – Conn’s HomePlus, a home good retailer headquartered in The Woodlands, is closing stores across the country after filing for bankruptcy.
Court documents show the company filed for bankruptcy on July 23.
The company’s website says they have over 170 stores in 15 states and employ over 4,000 people.
On the company’s website is a list of 174 stores to close across the country. 74 of those are in Texas, with 23 being in the Houston area.
