Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick updates Hurricane Beryl response and recovery efforts

As the Houston area works to recover from the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick is providing updates on the state’s response.

A media briefing will be held Wednesday morning at the Center for Energy Development at Wharton County Junior College in Bay City.

Lt. Gov. Patrick will be joined by Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) Chief Nim Kidd and local officials.

The presser began at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday.
