HOUSTON – Two men have been arrested for the capital murder of 15-year-old Edd Zavian Galloway.
The shooting happened on Aug. 15, 2022.
According to court documents, Marcus Anderson and Camrese Holloway shot and killed Galloway during a robbery.
What happened?
The 15-year-old was reportedly shot and killed during a drive-by shooting in northeast Houston. The incident took place in the 2900 block of Brewster Street near Liberty at approximately 5:20 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they said they found the teen unresponsive on a driveway, suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was rushed to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences later confirmed his identity as Edd Zavian Galloway.
During the investigation, witnesses reported hearing a gunshot and seeing a dark gray or green vehicle fleeing the area.
