HOUSTON – KPRC 2′s Candace Burns will sit down with Houston Independent School District (HISD) Superintendent Mike Miles on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the district’s latest STAAR exam results.

The State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) exams measure student achievement and district performance. This year’s results are the first under the new state-appointed administration.
