According to Lt. Horelica with the Houston PD, surveillance video shows it happened around 1:15 a.m. when a gunman donning a blue hoodie and clown mask walked onto a property in the 8900 block of Gulf Fwy near Hobby Airport.

The clown-masked shooter then opened fire on the victim’s car, Lt. Horelica said, firing off more than 10 rounds. The victim did not survive but has not been identified, as of this writing.
Police have not been able to determine a motive for this deadly shooting but are asking for any witnesses to come forward by calling them or Crime Stoppers Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
