POWER OUTAGES: CenterPoint reports more than 14,000 customers impacted after heavy rain hit just north of Houston area

HOUSTON – Some power outages have been reported following heavy rain just north of the Houston area.

A total of 14,727 customers were without power Thursday morning as of 7:38 a.m.
