POLK COUNTY, Texas – The Polk County Office of Emergency Management says a boil water notice has been issued for several neighborhoods near Lake Livingston due to maintenance repairs.

All water customers in the affected neighborhoods are told to boil their drinking water and any water used for activities such as brushing their teeth.
The affected neighborhoods are the following:
- Oakridge
- Aztec Cove
- Coby’s Marina
- Deerwood
- Galloways Marina
- Jungle Village
- Lakewood Trinity
- Timber Bay
- Timber Cove Trinity
- White Rock Est.
- Paradise Acres
- Hawg Heaven
- Garden Villa
- Emerald Bay
- Leisure Wood
- Onalaska Meadows
