Williams is accused of abandoning her 6-year-old and 8-year-old children in their Memorial area apartment on April 4. Concerned neighbors alerted law enforcement when they observed Williams leaving with luggage. Upon conducting a welfare check on April 9, deputies discovered the children alone in unsanitary conditions.

The children are currently staying with an aunt.
