Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to an auto-pedestrian incident at the 8700 block of Fairbanks N Houston, where initial reports suggest a female jumped from a moving vehicle and was subsequently struck by another vehicle.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzales, preliminary investigations suggest a tragic sequence of events involving a 25-year-old female and her boyfriend. The couple had reportedly been engaged in an argument throughout the night, punctuated by intermittent periods of calm. Allegedly, the female made several suicidal remarks before leaving her residence and walking along the roadway. Her boyfriend subsequently picked her up in his vehicle intending to return her home.
