Where to drink pink beer for Women’s History Month Karbach Brewery celebrates with shades of pink!
HOUSTON – March is Women’s History Month and March 8 is International Women’s Day.
This year, members of the “Women In Beer Chapter” at Karbach Brewery came together to celebrate the occasion by making a special beer.
The beer is called “Hot Girl Hops,” it is a pale ale, and it has a pink hue.
Karbach said the pink shades come from using cranberries. The alcohol by volume is 4.5%.
If you want to try it, you’ll have to visit the brewery soon. It is only available in March and will only be served on tap.
Another event happening at the brewery in March is the Women’s Quarter Marathon. That is happening on Sunday, March 10 at 7:30 a.m. After the race, people can shop from women-owned vendors at the Women’s Market at 11 a.m.
Head to Karbach’s website to register for the race.
