13-year-old charged with aggravated assault in teen brother’s stabbing in NW Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 13-year-old was charged with aggravated assault after stabbing his teen brother in northwest Harris County on Sunday, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

Deputy constables were called to the 21100 block of Gosling Road due to the assault.

When deputies arrived, they said they found that a 14-year-old boy had been stabbed three times by his brother.

The teen suspect fled from the scene before officials arrived.

Deputies then set a perimeter and arrested him. He was booked into the Harris County Juvenile Probation Center.

The victim was later taken to the hospital.
