Mother gunned down in front of her children by 2 random men in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – A mother was killed in front of her children during a random attack on Feb. 23 in southwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

The shooting took place at about.8 p.m. at 3100 Elmside Drive, in the Mid West neighborhood.

The victim was identified as 37-year-old Isha Goff.

Police said Goff was in her car with her two sons, ages 13 and 3, when two random men approached the vehicle and began shooting. Goff was shot, but her two sons were not injured in the attack. She was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

The suspects have been described as two Black males in their late teens or early twenties.
