Motorcyclist dies in 3-vehicle crash in north Houston

A motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle crash in north Houston on Saturday, the Houston Police Department said. (KPRC)

HOUSTON – A motorcyclist died in a three-vehicle crash in north Houston on Saturday, the Houston Police Department said.

The incident happened on I-45 North at Parker Road at about 12:27 a.m.

Police were dispatched to the scene.

A motorcyclist had been going northbound on the highway, then he lost control of his vehicle and struck the back of a second vehicle. He died at the scene.

A third vehicle then struck debris from the first crash.

The other two drivers were not injured, and this crash is still being investigated.
