2 arrested in connection to shooting death of woman in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Texas – Two people have been arrested and charged in connection to the shooting death of a 35-year-old woman in Huntsville.

The Huntsville Police Department said the shooting happened Saturday in the 1200 block of Avenue E.

35-year-old Kirsten Samuel died at a hospital as a result of her injuries.

Huntsville Police said Chakera McNichol is charged with murder in connection to Samuel’s death. Supreia Harrell is also charged with tampering with evidence.
