2 suspects arrested after allegedly stealing $7K worth of items, sending police on chase in SW Houston

HOUSTON – Police have arrested two people who allegedly stole $7,000 worth of items and then led officers on a chase in southwest Houston Tuesday night.

Houston police said the suspects stole the clothes from a WSS store in Pasadena.

Officers reportedly found the suspects in a car and attempted to pull them over. According to police, that’s when a chase ensued.

The suspects ended up hitting a truck and causing a fire on Harwin Drive at Fondren.

They then tried to run away but were soon caught in the Sharpstown area.

Authorities have not yet released any details on a suspect.
