Who killed Isela Andrade? Authorities seek suspect in fatal hit-and-run crash in NW Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help finding a suspect in a fatal hit and run from August.
According to the sheriff’s office, on Aug. 19, Isela Andrade was walking in the 11500 block of W. Little York Road when a vehicle fatally struck her and fled the scene.
HCSO released a photograph of Andrade.
