2-year-old dies after falling into pool in northwest Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 2-year-old is dead after falling into a pool at a home located in northwest Harris County Tuesday morning.

Deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Office responded to reports of a drowning in the 1500 block of Pine Gap Drive around 11 a.m.

CPR was being administered to the child, but unfortunately, the child was pronounced about two hours later.
