Man detained after pregnant woman shot in Humble, deputies say

HUMBLE – Authorities are investigating after a pregnant woman was shot in Humble Wednesday afternoon, deputies said.

Deputies with the Harris County Constable Precinct 4′s Office responded to reports of a shooting in the 21500 block of Donata Circle.

Deputies said the woman was shot in the back shoulder area and a man was detained. The woman’s condition was not immediately released.

Investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
