La Porte massage parlor busted for hiring uncertified therapists No description found
LA PORTE, Texas – La Porte police uncovered a massage parlor that they said is continuing to hire uncertified therapists.
Lee Spa, located in the 1300 block of West Fairmont Parkway, underwent a routine inspection Feb. 3 during which police arrested a woman for working without a permit.
La Porte and Baytown police teamed up to investigate the business. On March 12, the spa was busted again for the same violation.
This time, police said they discovered 51-year-old Xiuqin Li and 53-year-old Shimei Cao giving massages without licenses. Both are former residents of California.
