After a weekend of heavy rainfall, Houston’s soils are saturated, keeping flood risks elevated even with lower chances of storms today. Brays Bayou, Lawndale, and major roadways like the Gulf Freeway saw more than 6 inches of rain, and radar shows additional thunderstorms could move through Monday.
