15-year-old Brownwood girl, whose disappearance prompted Amber Alert, found

Texas DPS says a 15-year-old girl at the center of an Amber Alert has been found.

Brownwood Police and Texas DPS say the girl was last seen at around 8:50 a.m. Wednesday.

Authorities say they believe she left the area with an unknown man in his thirties. The man was said to have either brown or red hair.

While no details have been given as to how she was found, Texas DPS said she has been found and the Amber Alert has been discontinued.
