HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding multiple people in connection with a pharmacy burglary.
In January 2017, police said, Frederick Eli and other gang members from northeast Houston were captured in Virginia after they burglarized an unknown number of pharmacies.

While on supervised federal release in late 2017, Eli and other gang members from northeast Houston were captured in Houston after they burglarized a pharmacy in Harris County, police said.
Law enforcement officials in Houston are looking for Eli, who police said currently has two open felony warrants for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and engaging in organized criminal activity.
Police said Magenta Vandyken, Trevor Merritt and Drexel Ferguson are also charged and on the run. They each have open felony warrants related to the pharmacy burglary.
Tyshawndre Mathis and Latrell Phillips are in custody, police said. Allen Richardson has posted bond and is not currently wanted.
At the time of the pharmacy burglary, Mathis was on bond for murder. Police said he is accused of shooting a man in the back and killing him.
