HOUSTON – METRO is adding several more bus routes as many customers head back to work Tuesday.
METRO officials said most HOV/HOT lanes will reopen, with the exception of Interstate 45 North, the safety of which crews are still assessing. METRO said buses that normally travel through the corridor will be detoured.

The MetroRail Red Line is fully operational; the Green Line is operational between Magnolia Park Transit Center and EaDo/Stadium stations; the purple line is operating between Palm Center and EaDo/Stadium. Bus shuttles are in place from EaDo and Theatre District rail stations.
All Park and Ride facilities will be operational, including the newest commuter service, the El Dorado Park and Ride, at 203 W. El Dorado Blvd. in Friendswood.
METROLife has also resumed regular service and should be scheduled in the normal manner.

- 46 Gessner
- 51 Hardy-Kelly
- 67 Dairy Ashford
- 75 Eldridge
- 153 Harwin Express
- 161 Wilcrest Express
- 162 Memorial Express
METRO is anticipating many new riders who may have been impacted by the storm. It is encouraging those riders to monitor its Twitter and Facebook pages for timely information.
New riders can also get real-time information through the service alerts system.
