HOUSTON – A bank robber who wore a shaggy brown wig during a Houston bank robbery is being sought, FBI Houston officials said.
The robbery happened around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Capital One Bank at 1629 South Voss Road.

Authorities said the robber entered the bank, walked up to the counter and handed the teller a demand note written on a withdrawal slip.
The note demanded cash and made the teller fear for his or her life, officials said. The teller gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash.
Authorities said the robber left on a bicycle after collecting the cash and was last seen riding northbound through the shopping center parking lot.
No one was physically hurt in the bank robbery, authorities said.
The bank robber was described by FBI Houston officials as a white man in his 30s who is approximately 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build, full beard and mustache.
Witnesses observed that the robber had short graying brown hair underneath the shaggy brown wig he wore, authorities said. He wore a black T-shirt, camouflage cargo shorts, black tennis shoes and red biking gloves.
Authorities said Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the bank robber.
