TAMPA, Fla. – Police in Tampa, Florida released surveillance video that shows the moments before a car hit a man and then drove into an Ybor City bar.
The victim, Michael Silhol, 25, suffered minor injuries to his head and leg.
The driver of the Nissan ran away after crashing the car into the building.
Detectives said a fight involving several young men broke out around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday near the Bad Monkey. One of the men got into a black Nissan and tried to leave by making a U-turn when the car hit the curb on the opposite side of the road.

Silhol, began hitting the driver with his fists through the window when the driver hit the gas, police said. The two continued to struggle and Silhol ended up in front of the car, according to investigators.
The driver accelerated over the curb, seemingly trying to complete the U-turn when he ran into Silhol and through the bar, the video showed. Several others involved in the brawl had to jump out of the way.
The driver ran away before police arrived.
Detectives are trying to determine if the crash was intentional, WFLA reported.
Investigators are using several surveillance videos to try to find the driver.
