 Having a negative attitude could be harmful to your health.

A new 11-year study from Finland found highly pessimistic people were more than twice as likely to die from heart disease as their least pessimistic peers.

While it's mentally good to stay positive, optimism had no effect on the risk of heart disease.

Researchers say if you know you're pessimistic and have some health issues, then it''s even more important to take care of your physical health.
