A television meteorologist in California had a recent experience with viewers who didn't like her outfit. In fact, she had to stop in the middle of her live weather forecast to cover up.
KTLA's Liberte Chan wore a black beaded dress on Saturday. She posted a video on Instagram before the newscast of herself dancing in the dress with the caption:

"Can't beat a black beaded dress!"
During her live forecast, someone handed her a sweater to put over the dress.
"What's going on?" Chan asked the person handing her the sweater. "You want me to put this on? Why, because it's cold?"
"We're getting a lot of emails," someone behind the camera said.
People who watched it live on TV started to tweet about it.

She handled it well. She was at a loss for words. She put on the sweater & mentioned another dress that didn't fit. Then she moved on. @KTLA

Chan later posted the clip on her Facebook page and asked viewers to weigh in.

"I'm pretty prudish, and I found nothing inappropriate about your dress," Liz Ellis Cushman wrote.
"Wasn't too revealing, a little fancy for work but it wasn't revealing," Mary Ray wrote.
"Seriously nothing wrong with that dress. It is cute and appropriate for the job you were doing," Tina Ide wrote.
Later, Chan posted a Facebook video with one of the anchors reading emails from viewers complaining about her dress.
