BROWNSVILLE, Texas –
Two women accused of trying to smuggle marijuana across country lines were arrested in Brownsville.
According to the Harlingen Police Department, Ashanty Guerra, 19, and Jessica Guerra, 20, were in possession of 76-and-a-half pounds of pot when they were arrested Jan. 22. Police also seized a gold 2004 Dodge Stratus.
The two can be seen smiling in their mugshots.
