Man shot multiple times, pushed from car, police say
HOUSTON – Police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a man, then drove off in his truck, in southwest Houston Sunday night.
Houston police were called around 10:30 p.m. after witnesses reported seeing a man being pushed from the driver's side of a vehicle in the 8700 block of Westpark Drive.
Police said further investigation determined the victim, Ivan Rayo, 29, was driving his beige or gold F-150 when he was shot by an unknown suspect, who then drove away in the truck.
The license plates number for the truck is GLS-6115.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
