Upside-down hot air balloon turns heads

(KSNV) – A hot-air balloon flying over the Las Vegas skies Friday morning had people doing a double-take.

"I just went over here real quick, went around the car, to get a better view," said Andre Payne, who saw the balloon.

Cell phone in hand, Payne watched as the balloon floated over him, looking like it was upside down. He admitted his mind was blown away.

"I didn't see nobody falling, so I figured, hey," Payne said.

People across the valley watched in awe as the balloon floated by.

Festo, the company that owns it, says it's the first time this balloon has been flown in the United States.
